You want to hire a tutor/trainer!
You need to call Wishfly Home Tutors Pvt. Ltd.
Fix an appointment with a counsellor.
Our counsellor will call you before going to your doorstep. If counsellor gets a green signal from your side.
The counsellor will visit at your place to counsel the student/s to analyze the level of your kid, studying style, IQ level, understanding level, reading and writing skills etc. After going through all these details, our counsellor will let you know the actual requirement of the student/s.
The counsellor will discuss about your kid, once you are satisfied with our counsellor.
You are required to fill- up the student’s registration form which will be provided by the counsellor there.
You are required to choose fee package (Monthly/Quarterly/ Half- Yearly/ Yearly) and payment mode (Online/ Cash / Cheque) and the fee has to be paid at the time of registration.
Now you become our client/ customer. This becomes our responsibility to provide the best services to you according to the requirement and contract signed- up and what we promised for.
We place the tutor according to the requirement of the student/s within 3 days.
In any case, you are not satisfied with the placed tutor, you can request to replace the tutor. We do so immediately.
We take regular feedback from students/ parents.
Whenever you get any trouble from our tutor, we will be happy to get a call from you.
FOR TUTORS:
You need to call Wishfly Home Tutors Pvt. Ltd.
You need to make an appointment to visit our office for an interview and test.
Interviews and tests will be conducted.
Once you are selected, you will be given a tutor’s registration form and needs to be submitted all the documents you will be asked for.
Now you become our tutor( team member)
We will start providing you tuition/s at nearby your places.
Once you get any tuition, you are requested to call the parents for the same and start the tuition at the given time or on time.
When your tuition’s month gets completed, you will get your fee (Salary).
