It’s been a common problem among students/pupils that, due to the enormous class size
(number of students in a single class), a pupil may keep his doubt within himself to
avoid any embarrassment in front of his classmates.
It also happens due to the huge class size that, the teacher/guide is not able to
address each student in the class, due to lack of time.
Normally in schools, not every teacher covers all the content in the syllabus, it been a
very common practice that the teacher teaches only those specific topics which are most
likely to be asked in the exams. As a result, most of the other important topics are
skipped. This could be dangerous as each and every facet of any syllabus plays an equal
and important role.
It is also observed that out of school, the other famous and reputed coaching institutes
charge a huge amount of money from the parents to admit their child as a student in
their coaching firm. Normally this tuition fee ranges in twenty to thirty thousand per
year, which is very high and is almost equivalent to the school tuition fees.
The coaching institutes have their fixed timing schedule which they allot to each new
batch, the student joining this type of coaching firm needs to follow the given schedule
otherwise they will be left out. This new batch in these institutes again comprises of
50-60 students or even more, hence the problem is still the same the students cannot
open up in the institutes also.
Because of the fixed time schedule allotted by these coaching firms the students always
feel exhausted and usually don’t want to attend the class, and when there’s no will
there’s no study.

If the batch size is more than 20 students it is likely to happen that some of the
students sit in the last row, and instead of focusing on studies, they indulge in
mischievous activities, which is very harmful concerning their career.
One more common practice that is been followed the most is the distribution of important
questions. Due to these important questions, the student leaves all the other syllabus
and starts preparing for these questions instead of the whole syllabus, which results in
the lack of conceptual knowledge, which is the basic building block of any student.
Because of the huge strength, it is also difficult to track the progress of each and
every student in studies. Hence it is difficult for the parents to judge that whether
admitting their child to the particular institute was right or wrong.
